HandsOn Suburban Chicago (HOSC) congratulates Central Road School for participating in the

Seeds of Change Grant Program and receiving a $20,000 grant.

HOSC acknowledges the fifty volunteers who helped build the Central Road School Garden, Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Volunteers included parents, students, faculty at Central Road School, community members and HOSC Volunteer Corps launch. Volunteers built six 50 feet by 30 feet raised garden beds and prepared the gardens with mulch.

Out of thirty-four grant recipients only two schools were selected to receive the Seeds of Change top tier $20,000 grant.
